At Decofab3D , we know that waiting is part of the fun, but we do everything we can to make it as short as possible. Here's everything you need to know about the delivery of your decorative items.
📦 Shipping rates
We have opted for a simple and transparent shipping policy, with no unpleasant surprises at the time of payment.
- Standard orders: €4.90
- Orders over €70: FREE DELIVERY
🚚 Carriers and Delivery Times
To guarantee the safety of our creations, we work exclusively with trusted partners.
- Carriers: Your parcels are mostly shipped via UPS or DPD , ensuring precise tracking of the delivery.
- Made to order: Each piece is printed especially for you in our workshop. Please allow 2 to 4 days for production before shipping.
- Delivery time: Once the package is handed over to the carrier, it usually arrives at your address within 3 to 5 business days .
🌱 Eco-friendly Packaging
We love design, but we also love our planet. Our packaging is designed to protect your items while minimizing our impact.
- Zero unnecessary plastic: We favour cardboard and kraft paper.
- Optimal protection: Your vases and light fixtures are carefully secured to withstand the shocks of transport.
- 100% Recyclable: All of our packaging can (and should!) be sorted in your recycling bin.
Because it is sometimes difficult to visualize on a screen, we are going beyond the legal deadline.
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. If the item doesn't fit perfectly in your home, simply contact us to arrange its return to our address in France (Châteauroux).
